We want you to love every item you purchase from Coila’s Country Creations! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unlit candles and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).

Custom or Personalized Items:
Due to their made-to-order nature, custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return:
Simply send us a message with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible!
